Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, and Kidney Disease,
are three of the biggest health hazards - and you can
prevent them.
Stephanie Starks Hope Foundation (SSHF) believes raising
public awareness of Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and
Kidney Disease is the first step in beginning to lower
the staggering number of people with these diseases
and those who are at increased risk.
As part of our ongoing commitment to reduce Diabetes,
High Blood, and Kidney Disease disparities, the Stephanie
Starks Hope Foundation (SSHF), has launched our Healthy
Vision National Initiative to encourage and educate
individuals nationwide on:
- How vital their health is, and what they need to
do to maintain good health.
- What Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, and Kidney Disease
are, and how to prevent them.
- And whether you will need to take personal action
to be screened.
Healthy Vision National Initiative encourages and educates
individuals to eat a healthy diet as part of an active
lifestyle. Healthy Vision TM promotes the national recommendation
for Americans to eat 5 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables
a day for better health. This initiative is one more
way we can help empower Americans to make healthy diet
and lifestyle choices. It is imperative that we reduce
the incidence of Americans that are diagnosed with Diabetes,
High Blood Pressure and Kidney Disease. Learning what
you can do to prevent or slow the progression of Diabetes,
High Blood Pressure, and Kidney Disease begins with
information you need to help you make more informed
lifestyle choices.
